Possible parts of your plan.
Your dermatologist tailors the plan to your history. Not every option below will be appropriate for every patient. A DocBright visit is a medical evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription.
- Topical metronidazole and ivermectin
- Azelaic acid for redness and bumps
- Brimonidine for transient redness reduction
- Oral options (e.g., doxycycline at sub-antimicrobial doses) when appropriate
- Routine and trigger guidance for long-term control
Don't stress — if we can't help, we'll refund your visit.
Online dermatology isn't right for every concern. If we can't provide a first-line impression, or your condition isn't suitable for review via DocBright, we'll tell you and refund your visit fee.
- Ocular rosacea with persistent eye pain or vision changes
- Severe rhinophyma being considered for procedural treatment
Top-rated dermatology care from U.S. board-certified dermatologists.
Your DocBright visit is always reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist. Every treatment plan is custom tailored based on your medical history, photos, symptoms, and goals.

Medication costs are separate and may vary by pharmacy, insurance, and prescription. Patients can use insurance for many prescriptions filled at the pharmacy. Prescriptions may be written for up to 6 months when medically appropriate. A paid follow-up visit is required at least every 6 months for ongoing prescription treatment.
Questions about rosacea.
Can rosacea be cured?
Rosacea is managed, not cured. A consistent routine, trigger awareness, and the right prescription combination can keep most people clear or near-clear.
