Refunds cannot be issued for treatment plans where prescriptions have already been picked up from your pharmacy, or delivered via mail order pharmacy.

What if I have insurance?

At DocBright, we don't accept insurance. In many cases, our service costs less than what the equivalent care would cost using insurance. If you have an HSA or FSA, you may be able to use your receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I pay using my HSA or FSA?

Depending on how your HSA or FSA works, you may be able to submit your charge for reimbursement using the provided transaction receipt.
